 Calm Before the Storm

Aiden strolled down the corridor as he thought of his father problems. He was never proud of him and always yelling at him, when he had done nothing wrong, all he had done was be born with the gift his mother had been born with. That's the reason why he hated him no matter how much he acted like a true Slytherin, or other things to make the stubborn old man be proud of him.

Aiden stopped at a window in the corridor, it was calm and cloudy outside, a big storm was probably foruming. Aiden's father and himself's relationship was like a storm there was always a calm before the big bang. And right now there was a calm in their relationship.

Cecilia too had been walking down the corridor. When she saw Aiden stopped beside a window, she came up behind him and leaned against the windowsil with both hands and looked out for herself. "Gloomy, huh?" She commented. Cloudy weather always made her feel a bit depressed. A longing for the warmth of sun could be seen in her brown eyes, which were usually cold and emotionless. Some people seemed to like this weather, but Cecilia would never be able to understand why. Sure, she enjoyed a rain storm every so often, but she need her sunny days.

Was I not sometimes fair? My eyes, my mouth,
My hair that loved the wind, were they not worth
The breath of love upon them?
